Privacy Policy

Privacy-first design: Product codes, client labels and report recipients stay in your browser by default. The testing application does not require client lists or confidential files.

1. Information we process

2. How workspace queries work

When you run a scan, your browser sends the product code and date range directly to the FDA openFDA API. ClearanceRadar does not add client names or report recipients to the FDA query.

3. Why we use application data

We use testing-application data only to assess product fit, select testers, arrange research interviews, coordinate access, discuss possible collaboration and improve ClearanceRadar. We do not sell personal information or use application data for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, openFDA supplies public data, and Formspree receives testing applications and forwards them to Tarwick. Each service processes necessary data under its own policies.

5. Retention and deletion

Workspace data remains in your browser and can be removed by clearing site data. We keep applications and related communications only as long as needed for product research, contact and reasonable business records. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information; we will comply when legally permitted and no retention obligation applies.

6. Security

The site uses HTTPS. Because localStorage may be accessible to other users of the same device, avoid entering confidential client names on a shared device. Internet transmission and third-party services cannot be guaranteed completely secure, so do not submit confidential files or sensitive personal information through the application form.

7. Your choices

You may use the public preview without applying for the closed test. You may leave optional fields blank, clear browser-local data at any time, or ask us to stop contacting you.

8. Contact
