Terms of Use
Product status: ClearanceRadar is pre-release, self-service data-organization software. It does not provide medical, legal, submission or regulatory consulting services.
1. Acceptance
By using the ClearanceRadar site, public preview or invited closed test, you agree to these terms. If you use the product for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Testing access and features
The public preview currently supports one FDA product code. Tarwick reviews closed-test applications according to product-research needs; applying does not guarantee access. Testing features, limits and availability may change, pause or end.
3. Fees
The site does not currently offer public pricing or online payment. If we discuss testing or collaboration terms, we will describe the scope, fees and conditions in writing before you make any payment commitment.
4. Acceptable use
You may not bypass usage limits, abuse third-party APIs, interfere with operation, resell testing access or use the product unlawfully. openFDA may impose request limits, and you must use scanning features reasonably.
5. Data and professional judgment
ClearanceRadar uses public FDA openFDA data. The FDA states that this data has not been validated and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Statistics, rankings and exports are for intelligence organization only; they do not replace official FDA records or qualified professional judgment and must not be used directly for medical decisions.
6. Feedback and research
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, we may use it to improve ClearanceRadar. We will not publicly identify you or disclose your organization or confidential information without separate permission. Do not submit client-confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.
7. Intellectual property
ClearanceRadar's software, interface, brand and original content belong to its author. FDA public data remains subject to its original terms. You retain your rights in labels and report-recipient names you enter.
8. Availability and changes
Pre-release software may contain errors, experience interruptions or change without notice. Third-party services, including openFDA, Cloudflare and Formspree, may also affect availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearanceRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use, inability to use the product, reliance on unvalidated data or third-party services. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Termination
We may end public-preview or closed-test access for a material breach of these terms. Browser-local watchlists are not deleted by us when access ends.
